If you click on the person enclosed in a red line you will see a photograph of my Uncle, John Williams, who later worked in the butcher shop in Bridge Street and finally  was the caretaker of Syr Hugh Owen school. He is holding a photo of his grandfather who was also the caretaker of the school when the suffragettes tried to burn the school down between 1910-12.
