"Ysgol Rhad "my father Richard Jones known as Richie is the only boy in the front row. He had to sit there so he could be seen!! He says you also recognise some of the faces.

One of the festival of Britain tea parties, my father is pictured on the first row second on the right. He says he can't remember which party it was, as he used to go round them all, leaving each one when the jelly ran out!!

The wedding of my Great Auntie Nin (proper name Jane Williams) to Wynne Hughes.
They where married on August 5th 1940.
This photo was taken outside the then Royal Hotel, where they had the reception.
My Father is pictured in front of the bride, and my Great Auntie Lol (who went to live in Manchester when she married Uncle John) is standing next to the bride.

My Dad Richie on the drums, many from Caernarfon will remember them they played at the Drill Hall and many other venues across the area.

The wedding of my Great Uncle Dick which was on April 2nd 1942.

My father is the third on the left front row. My Uncle Jac who now lives in Waunfawr is the first on the left front row. He is sitting in front of Nain and Auntie Nin is behind her with Nain's husband to her right.
My Great Grandparents Williams are sitting next to Nain. The two boys on the front row where evacuees from Liverpool. One was called Joe Ashton.
Dafydd:- Bleddyn Parry who worked with me in the Post Office is standing next to the groom. He became postmaster of Ebbw Vale.

My Nain Gaynor Jones nee Williams standing next to her husband Owen Henry Jones, we do not know who the other lady in the photograph is. The photograph was taken at the Dinorwic slate mines when he worked.
